Help in uncertain times

helpful tips and linksDue to the current circumstances, we are all currently experiencing and the impact this is having, we thought we would share out some helpful tips and links.

Your mental health

Whilst it’s important to remain vigilant of your physical health, your mental health is equally important. Be mindful of any fears that you are experiencing and ramp up any practices that help reduce anxiety. Meditation & mindfulness are both great tools that I use to help me move out of fear, quieten the noise, raise my vibration and move me into a more creative space where I can hear my intuition.

a head filled with beautiful music I’m loving the free meditation experience that Deepak & Oprah are currently offering. Every day for 21 days, they will release a 20min meditation. This one is on hope during uncertain times. It can be done at your pc or laptop or you can download the app to your tablet or phone. I love all their meditations experiences and have even bought a couple afterward as they were so good.

This current one is excellent (so far) – Day 3 and 4 are particularly good. It’s not based on what’s going on directly – it’s obviously recorded a few years ago – but it is very appropriate nonetheless: https://chopracentermeditation.com/

Unsolicited emails

Please also be very careful of unsolicited emails or links on social media at this time. Sadly there are some people who will take advantage of our worries and fears. We’ve heard of a few already… Furthermore, be cautious of your private data online. Hackers will equally be preying on the vulnerable right now.

Positive conversations

magical assistance

We’ve also been having some positive conversations with our clients after they’ve sensed ethical opportunities at this time to change what they offer or the medium in how they offer it. This morning, we reminded one of our clients who has become quite disheartened with the industry she works in, to use this downtime to reflect on what they would like to see change for the better and what would be needed for that to happen.

Meditations or walks will help you to get into this creative state or talk things over with a friend – with social distancing possibly impacting some people’s mental health, it’s important more than ever to stay in touch with friends via telephone or online videos. So go get yourself a cuppa, pick up the phone and dream big together!

As always, take care xx
