How do you stop worrying about your finances?

I’ll cut to the chase – there is no magic wand. You must take the time to address your financial worries before they will go away.

Most of us will worry about our future finances at some point, and if you aren’t then you should be! That is unless you already have a stable nest egg set aside.

However, the problem with the problem…

The problem with the worrying and all the anxiety that can come with it, means we will often turn away from addressing the problem, pretending it will all be ok or promising ourselves that we will take time out another day to look at it.

The solution will only come if you take time out now to look at how you can solve it.

Woman worried about billsThat said, you may get lucky. You may win the lottery but bear in the mind the chance of winning is 45million to 1! according to a Telegraph article dated 6 months ago titled How to pick lottery numbers. Or maybe a distance relative will leave you a couple of million, but seriously how likely is that really?!

So will you?

Will you set aside time to look at your finances?

If you really do want to take action, but need a little help, then that’s where we can come in. Visit our Events page for details of our forthcoming workshops, where we will guide you through the minefield of where to start.

We promise no jargon and definitely no hard sell – we hate that too! Plus we’re Scottish… We simply want to help you.

Why do we want to help you?

Broken Piggy Bank

We want to help because we are passionate about helping people be mindful of their current finances and their future finances. Personally, I know first hand what it’s like to not have any money and frankly, it ain’t pretty! My world goal is to see poverty eradicated, and the part I play in that is financial education such as accounting, retirement planning and awareness of money psychology, in particular the part commerce plays in our life (for better and worse).

The workshops

We promise to provide you with the space that will allow you to glimpse into your future and assess a few options that you may not have thought of before.

Our aim is to have you walking away energised to look to the future, be a little more prepared for the unexpected and taking one step closer to financial freedom.

We look forward to meeting you or at least encouraging you from the sidelines to have the courage to address your financial worries.
