The practical exercises have helped me keep a strategy of balance

As a marketing consultant by trade and having worked as a business adviser for many years in the Scottish Enterprise Network, I do constantly read books about expanding my business experience. Usually, the books have more of the same and I am just reminded of stuff I already know. Successful Business Minds, on the other hand, surprised me! Helen Monaghan's philosophy of balancing work, life, body, mind and emotions really resonated with me and made me realise where I have been off-balance in the past. The book has really changed my perspective and the practical exercises have helped me keep to a strategy of balance every since. I HIGHLY recommend reading this book no matter what business qualifications (or lack of) you have.
