Book Launch Diary: 9 days to go!

Monday was a day for collaboration and Star Wars!

I started the day chatting online with a lady who was organising a money mastery meet up group on social media. I shared the meetup group. She pre-ordered my book and has got her ticket for the book launch.

Then after writing yesterday’s blog, I headed to a coffee meeting with a fellow chartered management accountant. We met last year and have developed a friendship since. The time has come for us to brainstorm how we can help each other reach our dreams whilst helping our clients fulfil theirs. Some potentially good ideas came out of it. Stay tuned for more.

When I arrived back at the office, I had a text from the money coach I met in Durham (see 19 days to go blog). We’re moving forwards in our collaboration too! 🙂

Then after a few phone calls to clients and a tax return assistance session (yes people do file their tax returns that early!) I got a message from a fellow coach in my network inviting me to a new networking event.

All in all, it was productive day for joining up with other successful businesses and taking a step closer towards my dreams. I then rewarded myself on my way home with the Star Wars: The Force Awakens DVD and watched it for the third time since it’s release in December.

In Successful Business Minds, I encourage you to acknowledge other business owners are just trying to do the same as you – help people and live a happier life. We are not in competition. There is no competition.

There is no Darkside when looking at other businesses.
