Book Launch is TODAY!!!

Wednesday was a very busy day in town doing many things and as usual I ran out of time in the evening…

Am I ready? No. I still have a few hours. (Margaret was dreading this…)

Will I be ready? I hope so.

Will I be OK if I don’t get it all done. Yes.

It took me a long time to accept being OK with life in general but particularly projects and events turning out a little different as to what I had planned. The book shares that journey in relation to my business.

Even whilst writing this book I had to be flexible. It was to be finished in September 2015 with a launch date in December. Then I moved that to February 2016. Then it moved to today!

A flexible, open, positive attitude is essential to having a successful business because life will throw things at you and you need to respond gracefully. An open and respectful attitude to money is also essential to having a successful business.

I would like to know how you felt when you looked at the photograph above. I took this yesterday whilst briefly visiting The Money Museum on The Mound. I had a moment to spare in-between a mastermind meeting, lunch, a bowen session, picking up some last minute things at the shops and dropping into The FruitMarket Gallery to go over a few things with Iain for tonight.

I am curious to know if you felt repulsed and/or excited in response to this photograph of a million pounds that sits in the Museum. If so, then you need to buy my book!

Seriously.

Your attitude to money is one of the key factors to your business success. This means respecting what it can do for you, your family and your customers. Money does matter in your business. So does lots of other things though. It’s all about balance.

If you are a kind compassionate human being and either obsessed with money or repulsed by too much of it then this will be hampering your business success.

I would say come along tonight to find out more but I think we are full now! I have around 50 people coming to celebrate the birth of the book tonight. This makes me feel blessed and equally a tad nervous at the same time!

I just hope it doesn’t turn out like the last party I had, but then I think we have all moved on since I was 16 years old. 😉
